Subscription Cancellation

1.1 We offer a trial period for our services so that you can personally evaluate their benefits. If you request cancellation of the trial through the designated channels before it ends but are still charged, please contact us. If we can confirm that your cancellation request was received in time, we will issue a refund.

1.2 If you choose to continue your subscription after the trial period ends, you agree to recurring subscription renewal as outlined in the subscription terms (see below).

Disclosure of Recurring Billing Terms

2.1 By subscribing to talktoai.chat, you agree to recurring billing in accordance with the selected plan. This means your payment method will be automatically charged at the specified intervals until you cancel the subscription.

2.2 The subscription fee is charged in advance for each billing period.

2.3 You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid further charges. To cancel, follow the instructions provided in the welcome email or contact our support team.

2.4 Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, if you cancel before the next period begins, you will not be charged for it.

Conditions Under Which Refunds Are Not Available

3.1 Subscription Acceptance: Once a customer has agreed to and activated a subscription, the amount paid is non-refundable, except as described in clause 2 below.

3.2 Cancellation During the Trial Period: If a customer cancels the subscription during the trial period before it ends, the subscription will not renew and no refund is required. However, once the trial period ends and the subscription continues, it becomes non-refundable.

3.3 Recurring Billing: The subscription is paid in advance for each billing period. If the customer cancels the subscription after the period has begun, no refund is issued, and access to the service is retained until the end of the paid period.

3.4 Voluntary Cancellation: Customers can cancel the subscription at any time to avoid further charges. No refund is provided for partial billing periods or for the unused portion of the subscription.

3.5 Technical Errors Within 30 Days of Purchase: We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests are subject to review and approval by talktoai.chat support.
