Talk To Ai is a conversational AI service offered through talktoai.chat and related surfaces. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) regulate how you may access and use our Services, including any AI-assisted tools, features, media, subscriptions, or one-off purchases we make available through our site or apps (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms constitute a binding contract between you (“you” or the “User”) and LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD, the operator of the Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material we will refresh the “Last Updated” date and may notify you by email, in-product message, or another reasonable channel. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Services. If anything is unclear, please contact [email protected] before continuing.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES MUST BE BROUGHT ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY—NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR MEMBER OF ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Neither you nor we will seek to litigate or arbitrate any dispute as a class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action except where applicable law forbids this waiver. Unless the law says otherwise, no arbitrator or court may consolidate claims of multiple users or oversee any representative proceeding.

This waiver is a core part of our bargain. You knowingly waive participation in class or representative proceedings and, where permitted, jury trial for covered claims. If a tribunal holds this waiver unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim proceeds only to the extent required, and the rest of these Terms remains enforceable.

The Services comprise a proprietary chat interface that lets you explore information, summaries, and general knowledge in dialogue form. They may include text replies, model-generated insights, natural-language suggestions, and other AI-assisted capabilities intended to help you work with available information.

Depending on the product version, features may include sharing conversations, organizing chats into projects, moving chats between projects, searching history, optional web augmentation of answers, deeper research modes, image generation, or collaborative sessions. Availability of any feature depends on your plan and our roadmap.

All features remain subject to the disclaimers, limits, and restrictions stated elsewhere in these Terms, including rules about accuracy, acceptable topics, and permitted use.

The Services are meant for personal or general informational use and are not a substitute for professional advice. We strive for helpful outputs but do not warrant that any reply will be complete, current, correct, or suited to your situation. Results depend on how you phrase requests, system limits, training data, and third-party components, all of which may change.

We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue any capability without prior notice, including by limiting certain models, adjusting interfaces, or restricting features for particular accounts.

We make no assurance that the Services fit any particular purpose. You assume risk when relying on automated suggestions. Do not use the Services as the sole basis for decisions in medical, legal, financial, emergency-response, or similar high-stakes settings.

Automated responses may be wrong, stale, irrelevant, or misleading. To the extent permitted by law, LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on the Services.

We may offer optional upgrades, bundles, or add-ons (“Additional Packages”) that unlock higher limits, faster throughput, experimental tools, or enhanced workflows. Each package will be described at purchase with its fee structure (one-time, monthly, annual, or other).

Purchasing or activating a package means you accept the price and conditions shown at checkout or in your account at that time.

Some enhancements may be experimental, time-limited, or governed by supplemental rules. We may change or retire any package or included capability, with or without notice. If a paid package loses materially significant functionality, we will try to notify you and, where the law requires, offer remedies such as refunds or credits.

Unless we expressly say otherwise, Additional Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Canceling a paid tier that included a package may remove access when the current billing period ends.

Pricing for bundles or packages appears alongside general subscription terms below; review both before paying.

Every plan—including trials—is subject to usage limits so we can share capacity fairly, protect reliability, and cover infrastructure cost. By subscribing or participating in a trial you agree to those limits.

Limits may include daily or periodic caps that reset on a schedule. Caps can differ by tier and may change at our discretion. When a limit is reached, certain actions may pause until the allocation refreshes.

Trials intentionally provide a small allocation so you can sample core functionality; trial ceilings are far lower than paid tiers.

Hitting a limit, bumping into upload restrictions, or lacking access to a feature does not, by itself, entitle you to refunds or credits. You are responsible for reviewing the limits that apply before you subscribe or renew.

We may review usage patterns to enforce these rules and prevent abuse.

Our Services rely on machine-learning systems that synthesize responses from your prompts. Those systems interpret natural language and patterns in data and may produce inaccurate, partial, or misleading material.

Outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by humans for correctness or suitability. Anything produced through the Services is informational only—not definitive advice—and should not replace independent research or qualified professionals.

Models may reflect biased or outdated sources, misinterpret requests, or hallucinate facts. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

Do not depend on the Services in contexts where precision and timeliness are critical, including legal, medical, financial, or emergency scenarios.

We may update underlying models, vendors, or tooling; such updates can change how replies look or behave.

The Services are meant only for people who meet the minimum age described below and are not directed at young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the age required for lawful consent in their jurisdiction (typically 18 for contractual capacity here).

Because AI replies can be unpredictable, they may include material unsuitable for minors. Although we may apply safety tooling, we cannot guarantee every response is appropriate for children.

Guardians should supervise minors’ online activity and use parental controls. If you allow a minor to access the Services, you accept responsibility for monitoring their activity and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

If we learn that an underage user has registered contrary to these Terms, we may disable the account, restrict access, and delete associated personal data where the law requires.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services. By registering or continuing to use talktoai.chat you represent that you meet this threshold and can enter a binding agreement with LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD.

If you are under 18 you may not register, submit personal information, or use any part of the Services.

We may request proof of age and suspend or terminate accounts that appear to violate this rule.

Parents who believe a child accessed the Services without consent should follow the parental notice section above and reach out to support promptly.

Certain features require an account with accurate, complete information. You must safeguard passwords or other credentials and are responsible for everything done through your account.

Do not share credentials or allow others to use your account. Notify [email protected] immediately about suspected unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect credentials.

Keep profile information current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that supply false information or breach these Terms or law.

You may operate more than one account if each complies with these Terms. We may refuse registration, limit features, or require verification.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without our written consent.

We may terminate access without advance notice if we believe you violated these Terms, committed fraud, or created risk for users or systems.

Creating an account consent to transactional and administrative emails; you may opt out of marketing where offered, but essential notices may still be sent.

Subject to these Terms, LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the Services for personal use or, only if we authorize you in writing, internal business use.

You may use the provided interface to submit prompts, receive outputs, and use tools included in your plan. You may not copy, alter, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code, weights, or proprietary components except where statute mandates otherwise.

You may not use the Services to train external AI systems, scrape data for benchmarking, or extract models without prior written consent.

No ownership rights are transferred; all rights not expressly granted remain with LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD and licensors.

We may suspend or revoke the license if you misuse the Services or threaten platform integrity.

When access ends you must stop using the Services and destroy confidential materials we supplied, except as law permits.

The Services return “Output” derived from your prompts. Output may be wrong, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your needs.

You retain rights to your inputs where applicable, but LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD and its licensors retain all rights in the underlying software, models, and infrastructure. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Output for lawful personal or approved internal purposes consistent with your plan.

You may not present Output as human-reviewed fact, use it unlawfully, or mislead others about its origin. You remain solely responsible for reviewing Output before acting on it.

Do not use Output to train competing AI systems or broadly redistribute it without permission unless your plan explicitly allows.

We may monitor usage and remove Output that violates law or these Terms but have no duty to screen everything generated for you. Use of the Services means you accept risks inherent in automated content.

Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Implied licenses are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services—including features, pricing, limits, or tiers—without liability.

We may deny service to users who harm the platform, other users, or legal compliance.

We may audit usage to enforce these Terms but are not obligated to detect every violation.

We may remove or refuse content—including Output—that we believe violates law, these Terms, or internal policies.

Nothing here prevents us from offering competing products or using aggregated learnings as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.

Continued use after we exercise these rights signals acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Services.

Introductory or trial charges (if offered) may appear as one or more card authorizations so we can confirm that your payment method supports recurring billing. The aggregate trial charge and any renewals are disclosed before you confirm purchase.

Regional pricing, taxes, and currency conversion may cause your statement to show multiple lines even though the total matches the amount presented at checkout.

Unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms, trial offers convert into the subscription you selected when the trial window closes.

Recurring plan prices, billing cadence, and included usage are displayed at purchase and may change prospectively with notice where required.

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe); their terms and your card issuer’s rules also apply.

LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect account data, usage telemetry, and content moving through the Services.

No electronic system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee unauthorized actors will never breach defenses.

You must protect your login mechanisms and tell us immediately about suspected breaches.

Access the Services only from trusted devices and networks. Do not probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure.

We may monitor activity for security or enforcement purposes and will notify you of certain incidents as required by law.

Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected].

You may cancel a subscription or trial at any time. To avoid the next renewal charge, submit cancellation at least twenty-four (24) hours before the upcoming billing period begins, following the in-product deadlines.

Use the cancellation tools linked from your billing settings or visit https://talktoai.chat/cancel when available. You—not a chargeback alone—must complete the official cancellation flow. Chargebacks or deleting a card without canceling may leave billing active or trigger fees.

After cancellation you typically retain paid access until the current period ends unless we state otherwise.

Promotional pricing may not apply if you later resubscribe.

If cancellation fails because of technical errors, contact [email protected] immediately so we can record it before the next charge.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or harmful conduct; treatment of fees for partial periods follows applicable law and the “Purchases, renewals, and refunds” section below.

If we sunset the Services entirely we will try to give advance notice and may issue prorated refunds for prepaid unused time where appropriate.

No refunds, credits, or proration will be issued for partial billing periods, unused features, or unused time—including if you cancel after a billing cycle has started.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable once processed.

By subscribing or continuing to pay for Talk To Ai you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

You must not use the Services to engage in unlawful conduct—including fraud, identity theft, or infringement of intellectual-property rights.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to recover source code or underlying components except where statute permits.

You must not use Service data or Outputs to train external AI systems unless we explicitly authorize that activity.

You must not probe, scan, or stress-test our networks or abuse automated tooling to degrade performance.

You must not operate bots or scrapers that violate these Terms or materially impair other users.

You must not impersonate individuals or organizations or submit fraudulent credentials.

Among other prohibitions, you must not promote illegal or fraudulent schemes.

You must not upload hate speech, harassment, or material inciting violence or unlawful discrimination.

You must not distribute pornographic or sexually exploitative content through the Services.

You must not knowingly spread harmful misinformation, deceptive deepfakes, or manipulated media meant to defraud.

You must not publish others’ personally identifiable information without lawful authority.

Do not attempt to generate or distribute pornographic depictions of minors, sexual services, or content that sexualizes children.

Do not solicit instructions for crimes, hacking, distribution of controlled substances, or bypassing security controls.

Do not glorify terrorism, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other severe physical danger.

Do not attack people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected traits.

Do not intentionally spread frauds, impersonate organizations, or weaponize synthetic media to mislead.

Do not groom, solicit, or endanger minors.

Do not share intimate imagery or private information without consent.

Do not send spam, phishing messages, malware, or hacking tools.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension, termination, or referral to authorities where appropriate.

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD, its affiliates, vendors, and personnel (“Indemnified Parties”) from claims, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising from your use of the Services, your User Input or Output, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, reliance on Outputs in high-risk contexts, disputes with other users, or your intentional misconduct.

This obligation applies regardless of legal theory and covers claims tied to activity under your credentials.

We may assume defense of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense; you may not settle claims that impose obligations on us without consent.

These indemnity duties survive termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, STATUTORY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY— ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES, OUTPUTS, OTHER USERS’ CONDUCT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

THE RELEASED PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR GBP £0 IF YOU PAID NOTHING, IN WHICH CASE YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICES).

Some jurisdictions prohibit certain limitations; in those places our liability is capped at the minimum permitted level.

Do not use the Services to obtain or supply medical treatment advice, replace licensed clinicians, or respond to emergencies. Seek professional care or emergency services when needed.

THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED, LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, RUN ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE FIXED. ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OUTSIDE THESE TERMS DOES NOT CREATE WARRANTIES.

WE DO NOT ENDORSE THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS LINKED THROUGH THE SERVICES AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSACTIONS YOU ENTER WITH THEM.

YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK; VERIFY OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers; consumer rights may still apply.

You agree that misuse of the Services, confidentiality breaches, or infringement of our intellectual property could cause irreparable injury where money damages are inadequate. LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD may seek injunctive relief in any competent court without proving damages or posting bond when permitted.

Such relief may be pursued outside arbitration where necessary to stop imminent harm. Other remedies remain available.

This section survives termination.

LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control—natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, telecom failures, supply shortages, or similar force-majeure events.

If such conditions persist beyond thirty (30) consecutive days we may suspend or terminate affected Services after notice. Fees owed for Services already rendered remain due.

Performance during disruptions may degrade; we are not liable for resulting impacts.

This clause survives termination.

Platform software, designs, branding, media, and related materials (“Platform Content”) belong to LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD or licensors and remain protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, do not copy, distribute, or exploit Platform Content.

You keep ownership of User Input but grant LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, and process it to operate and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Output is licensed as stated in the Output Content section; underlying models remain ours.

Do not misuse trademarks or submit feedback expecting confidentiality—we may use feedback freely.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Using the Services means you acknowledge those practices.

The Services may reference sites or integrations operated by others. Links are convenience only; we do not endorse or control third-party practices.

Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. We disclaim liability for third-party sites, products, or content.

We may remove links anytime without obligation to monitor them.

These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Scotland, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.

Except where consumers have non-waivable rights elsewhere, you and LOOK INSIDE MEDITATIONS LTD submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Scotland.

We may seek interim relief in other courts when necessary to protect intellectual property or sensitive data.

Claims must be filed within one (1) year after the cause accrues or are permanently barred to the extent permitted.

We may revise these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Updates will refresh the “Last Updated” date and may be communicated electronically.

Unless stated otherwise, revised Terms apply when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, discontinue use.

Separate written agreements control if they conflict with these Terms.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver unless expressly stated in writing signed by an authorized representative.

Partial enforcement does not waive future enforcement.

Section titles organize the document only and do not alter interpretation.

Invalid provisions are enforced to the maximum permissible extent; the remainder stays effective.

These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement about the Services and supersede earlier discussions.

Surviving provisions include payment, confidentiality, indemnity, liability limits, governing law, and dispute-related clauses.
