Where is my refund?
What happens after a refund is approved and why bank timing can vary.
After approval
Once a refund is approved, the payment provider is instructed to return the funds through the original payment method.
The refund may appear as pending first, and final posting time depends on the card network and your bank.
Typical delays
- Some providers update the transaction almost immediately.
- Others can take several business days before the reversal appears.
- Weekends and bank holidays can extend the visible delay.
When to follow up
If support has already confirmed approval and the refund still does not appear after several business days, contact support again with the original request context.
