The difference between stopping renewal and requesting a payment reversal.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund

Canceling prevents a future renewal. It does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.

Refund requests are reviewed manually and depend on billing details, timing, and how much of the service has already been used.

When to request a refund review

  • A duplicate charge was processed.
  • A renewal happened by mistake and the request is made quickly.
  • A serious service problem prevented normal use during the billed period.

Where to send it

Use the refund policy page or contact billing support with the account email, charge date, plan, and a short explanation of the issue.
