I want to delete my account
Where to find deletion controls and what is removed when deletion is confirmed.
Where to delete it
Open your account area and visit the delete account page. The flow requires you to confirm the account email before deletion begins.
What deletion removes
- Profile information stored in the app.
- Chat history and uploaded files linked to the account.
- Saved sessions and linked billing records stored inside the product database.
Before you confirm
Export your data first if you may need a record later. If a paid subscription is still active, cancel billing before deleting the account whenever possible.
