I need to update/correct my email address

What to do when the wrong email was used or an address needs correction.

Current limitation

Email is treated as a core account identity field, so it is not editable directly from the profile screen in the current product setup.

Best next step

  • Contact support from the old email if you still control it.
  • Mention both the current email on the account and the new email you want to use.
  • Add any billing context if an active subscription is attached.

Why support handles it

Changing the primary email can affect sign-in history, billing ownership, and recovery flows, so it is reviewed manually instead of being fully self-serve.
