Canceling your subscription

How cancellation timing works, what changes immediately, and where to manage it.

How to cancel

Open your account subscription settings and choose the cancellation option from the billing controls.

If cancellation is available for the current plan state, the system will schedule the subscription to end at the close of the active billing period.

What happens after cancellation

  • Paid access usually remains active until the current paid period ends.
  • Renewal is stopped, but previous invoices and billing history remain in your account records.
  • You can review the next billing date before confirming the cancellation flow.

Important note

Deleting your account is separate from canceling a subscription. If you want both actions, cancel billing first and then use the account deletion flow.
