How to review plan status and what to include when you believe a renewal was missed.
Review the billing timeline
Start by checking your subscription page to confirm which plan was active, when it renewed, and whether cancellation had already been scheduled.
If the charge looks unexpected, contact support with the account email and the date you first noticed it.
Helpful context to include
- When the subscription originally started.
- Whether you tried to cancel before the latest renewal.
- Whether the service was used after the charge was processed.
Refund review
Unexpected renewals can be reviewed, but approval is not automatic. Clear billing details make the review much faster.
